I dunno what part, it could take place after the one
 did or it couldn't just depends on how you take it.This is the one dare or one of the few that Asha would have issues doing. It's her job to grant wishes in exchange for coins and against her nature just to try and do it without the bargain. Sorry for the <strike>fail</strike> laziness of this comic.
